Rambam Fellows
"The goal of medicine is not only to save lives but also to improve the quality of life." – Maimonides

In a context of rising antisemitism and Jewish trainees feeling increasingly isolated, the Rambam Fellows Program provides a safe space for Jewish learners and an opportunity for Jewish medical students, residents, and other medical trainees to meet regularly and receive essential support, community, and mentorship within the medical field.
The Rambam Fellows Program is a longitudinal group: participants will be paired with one to two Rambam Fellows, who are experienced Jewish physicians, along with four Jewish medical learners from the same university and year (or a nearby cohort). The program is designed to last throughout the participants' medical training, helping to build a strong community and lasting relationships that extend well beyond their years of education.
